Suzanne Geiger has managed corporate and nonprofit communications campaigns for established institutions and nationally recognized nonprofits alike. Suzanne is uniquely able to quickly create and identify strong messaging and track crisis-level issues as they occur.

As a writer, she takes complex information and communicates it simply and effectively — no matter the audience or platform. Her op-eds and letters to the editor have appeared, on behalf of clients, in trade publications and national news outlets, including The Washington Post. She is nimble in a war-room situation and has served on communications teams for clients in the energy, healthcare, pharmaceutical, transportation, and agricultural industries. She has also served clients with interests related to immigration, trade, and national security.

Previously, Suzanne served The Texas Tribune, a leading nonprofit newsroom, as a core member of the development and marketing team responsible for an annual budget of more than $6 million. There, she led campaigns and initiatives for individual, foundation and corporate support. She led key development and communications efforts for the University of Texas at Austin McDonald Observatory and its Board of Visitors; and worked at Austin-based Public Strategies as a principal, working on a number of regulatory and consumer issues.

She is a Colorado native and lives in Austin with her husband and two children.
